The Leverage Stack ("we", "our", or "the site") publishes educational short-form video and written content about AI tools and personal finance, and operates a personal automation tool that publishes that content to social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. By accessing this site, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
This site is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should review this site with a parent or guardian.
2. Use of this site
Content on this site is educational in nature and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions. The publishing tool itself is operated privately for our own accounts and is not a service offered to third parties — no third party can create an account, log in, or use this tool through the site.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use this site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems; scrape or harvest data from the site in an automated manner; or interfere with the site's normal operation.
4. TikTok integration and platform compliance
Our publishing tool integrates with the TikTok Content Posting API solely to schedule and publish videos we have created to our own TikTok account (@theleveragestack). No third-party TikTok user data is accessed, collected, or stored. Authentication tokens are stored securely (see our Privacy Policy) and are never shared. Our use of TikTok's APIs complies with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, the TikTok Community Guidelines, and TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation requirements. We only publish content we own or are licensed to use.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including video scripts, published videos, articles, and the site design — is owned by The Leverage Stack unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party tools, trademarks, and platform names referenced on this site (including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook) belong to their respective owners.
6. Affiliate relationships
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you purchase through them, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend tools we use ourselves, and affiliate relationships never change our editorial opinions. Affiliate disclosures are provided in accordance with FTC guidelines.
7. No warranties
